Fram visit

Above: The Fram sails from Lerwick bound for Thorshavn in the Faroe Islands. Thanks to the deeper north channel she left via the north entrance of the town's harbour. The ship spends the summer in the high arctic before repositioning to the antarctic for the winter. Her second visit to Lerwick after an overnight stay saw her celebrate Norwegian independence day in Shetland.

Fram is the second cruise ship of the summer season with 47 more visits due before the end of September when Silver Cloud and Marco Polo wrap up proceedings.
